Little Jackie -- named after Lisa Lisa & Cult Jam's 1989 single "Little Jackie Wants to Be a Star" -- are a duo consisting of vocalist Imani Coppola and programmer Adam Pallin, with production and songwriting assistance from longtime Coppola associate Mike Mangini (Leaders of the New School, Digable Planets, Joss Stone).
